We are an Australian owned and designed company, operating globally.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. All orders are currently dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.
Please order your baby shower or maternity photography session gown at least 2 weeks prior to the event. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as customs, postal and courier delays are out of our control.
Our returns/exchanges centres are located in Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, USA.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges only.

Summarised Shipping Information

- We offer free DHL worldwide shipping.

- Orders are usually received within 10 working days, however delivery can take up to 21 days due to customs clearance processes that are out of our control.

- We do not accept order cancellations.

- Please make sure you provide your daytime phone number so that our courier/shipping company may contact you for delivery.

- We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX.

- NOTE: If you need your Fillyboo goods for a special occasion, please contact us to arrange express shipping* or to let us know that your items are needed by a certain date. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed as customs, postal and courier delays are out of our control. E

 - Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of these charges prior to purchasing. We do not accept the return of goods abandoned at customs, nor do we issue refunds or contribute to payment of duties for such situations.

- We offer ONE size exchange per garment only. Please choose carefully and refer to our size guide or email our staff for assistance prior to purchasing. ( Shipping costs will be incurred for subsequent exchanges.

- We offer SIZE exchanges only. If you wish to receive a new style as a replacement, please place a new order and email to receive your RA number and your credit note.

- We do not refund for non-suitable or ill-fitting items but we gladly exchange sizes. (Please read exchange information below)

Exchanges must be received within 10 working days of receipt of authorised RA number. 

- Our products are hand made and individually unique. Colours, embroidery and other hand processes may differ slightly to the product image and are not available for refunds on this basis.

- The cost of returning an item for a size exchange to our processing centre is the reponsibility of the customer. We have 2 global returns processing centres, once you have obtained your RA number we will assign your nearest centre.

- If you have received a fautly garment, you will receive a full refund and a HUGE apology. (this doesn't happen very often:) In this instance, please follow the instructions on the exchange information below.


Prior to exchanging a size, you must receive a return number (RA number).

To receive your RA number, please quote your order number and email:

  • Garments must be returned in a sellable condition. Please do not send back garments that are inside-out or dishevelled. Please use the drawstring bag provided. TAGS MUST BE INTACT.
  • Garments that do not meet the above requirement will be sent back to you and/or may not be eligible for exchange.

(Please note, if you return an item without RA number, without tags or if the 10 business-day return period has expired, the garment will not be eligible for a size exchange and will be sent back to you)

Fillyboo prices are quoted in many currencies, please choose your currency from the drop down menu at the top right of the screen.
The Fillyboo default currency is USD.

Please note: our quoted prices do not include taxes that may be charged by customs upon importation of your goods.

UK Customers: Fillyboo pricing does not at this stage include VAT. Please be aware that you will be charged VAT by UK customs on your Fillyboo purchases.

Australian Customers: Unless your order exceeds $950 AUD, no customs duties or taxes will be imposed by customs.

We offer FREE ECONOMY world-wide shipping.
This is not an express courier service.
Delivery to some areas may take up to 21 days.
Clearance through customs at both departure and arrival can cause delays that are out of our control.
If you need express shipping, please contact us prior or just after purchasing and please quote your order number.

Our customers come from all corners of the globe and therefore our shipping and logistics centre is located centrally in Indonesia.

EXCHANGE INFORMATION - please notify us of any exchanges within 7 days. Exchanges must be received back at Fillyboo HQ within 10 working days once RA number is issued.

Prior to exchanging a garment you must receive a return number (RA number).

- Shipping times vary depending on your location. Shipping can take up to 21 days. In most cases delivery is within 10 business days.
- Most countries impose taxes on the importation of personal goods purchased online. Please check with your local government on the tax rates that apply to you.
- PLEASE NOTE - all Customs duty and/or international taxes on imports are the responsibility of the customer. 
Abandoned goods at customs will not be refunded in any circumstance.

All Fillyboo products are hand crafted by talented artisian families who live on the Islands of Indonesia. Each garment is a truly unique artisitic expression and no two garments are alike. All of our embroidery, beading, fabric dying, crochet and batik are created in small batches and are not mass produced. There may be small imperfections and slight differences in colour or placement of prints and/or embroidery that differ from the product photo. These irregularities are not considered to be faults in the garment. Fillyboo pieces are truly one-of-a-kind garments. These subtle differences only add to the uniqueness and beauty of your new Fillyboo!

Exchanges & Faulty returns
Items may be exchanged for a store credit only.
Shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning goods for a store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

- If you need to swap a size, please send your garment back to us in sellable condition with all tags in tact.
- Exchanges must be made/sent within 7 days of receipt of authorised RA number. (this date is taken from your parcel post-mark/sent date)
- If your garment has been worn, washed or is not in it's original condition, the garment will be returned to you.
- Please email us the details of your exchange so we can be ready to exchange your garment quickly and to make sure we have your new request in stock.
- Please return the garment, your invoice and size request to

- We do not refund for change of mind, or unsuitable items and do not offer a free 'try on' service.
- A store credit only will be issued for unsuitable or ill-fitting items.
- If you need extra help prior to purchasing, we are available on email (here) between 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Saturday.

- OOPS! Sometimes things go wrong and our garment may not meet your high expectations. If you have received a garment that is faulty, we gladly refund. Please let us know that you are returning an item by emailing us here
