- Discount may not be applied to orders placed prior to sale start time. 

- Size exchanges are available for sale items. The cost of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.

- No refunds.

- No order cancellations.

-We are unable to ship priority for event deadlines during our sale period. We cannot guarantee 10 business day delivery during this period due to order volumes.

Fillyboo is very happy to offer free global shipping on all orders.

Please allow at least 10 business days for shipping and delivery.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with DHL tracking information when your order is ready to be sent.
Fillyboo pieces are made 100% by hand.  With each style being made continuously in small quantities.  Each piece takes up to 10 days to craft.  

We are unable to offer expedited shipping options.

Please provide a street address for delivery as we are not able to deliver to PO BOXES.

All orders are shipped via our partner DHL express, from our production and warehousing facility in Bali, Indonesia.



Fillyboo can accept returns/exchanges via our centres located in Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, USA.

Customers can return a purchased item for either a size exchange or credit note. 
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for returned items.  
We are a small, handmade boutique business offering free global shipping so cannot refund for returned items.

If you need to return something, please contact us at within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  Exchange requests received more than 2 weeks after your order has been delivered cannot be processed.

Once you have emailed us, allow 3 business days for a response.  You will receive an email with approval and instructions on where to send your item and how it should be labelled.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your returns approval email.
Once we receive your returned item, we will let you know and either issue your credit note or dispatch your requested size exchange.  For your exchange to be processed, your returned item must be in original condition, with tags attached and packaged neatly.

We do not refund the difference if your returned item is more expensive than the item you purchase with your credit note.  Contact us and we will issue you with a new credit note for the balance.

We offer ONE size exchange per garment only. Please choose carefully and refer to our size guide or email our staff for assistance prior to purchasing ( Shipping costs of $25 USD will be incurred for subsequent exchanges.

We do not accept order cancellations.

 Our products are handmade and individually unique. Colours, embroidery and other hand processes may differ slightly to the product image and are not available for refunds on this basis.

- If you have received a faulty garment, you will receive a full refund and a HUGE apology. (this doesn't happen very often:) In this instance, please contact us to explain the problem so we can resolve it quickly for you.

The Fillyboo default currency is USD.

All Fillyboo products are hand crafted by talented artisan families who live on the Islands of Indonesia. Each garment is a truly unique artistic expression and no two garments are alike. All our embroidery, beading, fabric dying, crochet and batik are created in small batches and are not mass produced. There may be small imperfections and slight differences in colour or placement of prints and/or embroidery that differ from the product photo. These irregularities are not considered to be faults in the garment. Fillyboo pieces are truly one-of-a-kind garments. These subtle differences only add to the uniqueness and beauty of your new Fillyboo!
